How do I place an order?
Add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout. After payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Who is responsible for my order?
Parts4Motorcycles LLC is the merchant of record for parts4motorcycles.com and is responsible for customer orders, support, returns, refunds, and fulfillment.
Parts4Motorcycles uses a hybrid fulfillment model. Some products ship from our local location, while others ship from U.S. supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warehouses depending on brand availability and inventory location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@parts4motorcycles.com as soon as possible.
Orders can usually be changed or canceled only before shipment or before a supplier, distributor, or manufacturer order has been processed. Once tracking has been issued, or once a special-order/manufacturer-direct item has entered fulfillment, the order may no longer be changeable.
What happens if an item becomes unavailable after I order?
Although we work to keep product availability accurate, some products may depend on supplier, distributor, or manufacturer inventory that can change quickly.
If an item becomes unavailable, backordered, discontinued, or cannot be fulfilled after your order is placed, we will contact you with available options. Depending on the situation, this may include waiting for restock, choosing an alternative product, or receiving a full refund.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed through secure payment providers. Parts4Motorcycles does not store your full card information.
What if there is a pricing or product information error?
We work to keep pricing, availability, product information, and fitment data accurate. However, occasional errors may occur due to supplier feeds, manufacturer data, typographical mistakes, or system synchronization issues.
If a product is listed with an obvious pricing, availability, or product information error, Parts4Motorcycles may cancel the order and issue a full refund before fulfillment.
If this happens, we will notify you, no item will be shipped, and any captured payment for the affected item or order will be refunded.

Where do products ship from?
Products may ship from Parts4Motorcycles, U.S. distribution centers, supplier warehouses, distributor warehouses, or manufacturer warehouses depending on brand availability and inventory location.
This means some items may ship directly from a supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warehouse instead of from our local location. This does not change who supports the order: Parts4Motorcycles remains responsible for customer service, returns, refunds, and order communication.
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock orders process within 1-2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 3-10 business days after shipment.
Specialty, oversized, manufacturer-direct, made-to-order, or backordered items may take longer. If an item has an extended lead time, we will communicate available information when possible.
What shipping methods do you use?
Shipping methods may vary depending on the product, size, weight, destination, and warehouse location. Orders may ship through common U.S. carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight/oversized carriers when required.
Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the product size, weight, delivery address, warehouse location, and selected shipping method.
Shipping charges are calculated before payment and must be accepted by the customer before the order is placed.
If free shipping or a promotional shipping rate applies to a product or order, it will be shown on the product page, cart, or checkout when available.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed once the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after a label is created.
Some orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages from different warehouses.
Do you ship internationally?
Parts4Motorcycles currently ships only within the United States unless a specific international option is confirmed in writing.
If an international shipping option is available for a specific product, shipping costs and related charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless otherwise stated.
Product Availability, Fitment, and Compatibility
How inventory, model compatibility, manufacturer identifiers, and fitment review work.
Are all products physically stocked by Parts4Motorcycles?
No. Parts4Motorcycles uses a hybrid fulfillment model. Some products may be stocked locally, while others may ship from supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warehouses.
Product availability may depend on inventory data from our suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers. We work to keep availability accurate and remove or update products that are unavailable, uncertain, discontinued, or backordered when identified.
How do I know if a part fits my motorcycle?
Always verify compatibility before ordering. Check manufacturer fitment information, product descriptions, year, make, model, trim, size, and VIN information when applicable.
If you are unsure, contact us before checkout. We can help review available fitment information before purchase, but customers should confirm year, make, model, trim, and installation requirements before ordering.
Do you guarantee fitment?
Motorcycle fitment can vary by year, trim, market, model version, installed modifications, and manufacturer updates. We strongly recommend confirming fitment before purchase.
If you have aftermarket parts, custom modifications, imported models, or non-U.S. market motorcycles, compatibility may differ from standard fitment information.
How are product identifiers used?
Brand names, manufacturer part numbers, SKUs, MPNs, UPCs, EANs, GTINs, and product images are used to help identify products and compatibility.
When available, manufacturer part numbers and product identifiers are used based on supplier or manufacturer information.
If a product does not have a verified GTIN, UPC, or EAN, we leave that identifier blank and rely on available brand, SKU, and manufacturer part number information.
Exhaust, Emissions, and Road-Use Compliance
Street legality, closed-course notes, emissions products, and what customers should verify.
Are all exhaust products street legal?
No. Not all exhaust systems, slip-ons, headers, link pipes, catalytic eliminators, ECU-related products, or emissions-related parts are legal for use on public roads.
Some products may be intended for closed-course competition use only, off-road use only, or use in specific regions where permitted by law.
How do I know if an exhaust or emissions-related product is legal for my bike?
Customers should check all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing or installing exhaust, emissions, or performance-related products.
When manufacturer-provided EPA, CARB, homologation, or closed-course information is available, we aim to display it on the product page. Do not assume a product is street legal unless the product page or manufacturer documentation clearly states that it is.
Returns and Refunds
Eligibility, return shipping, damaged items, used parts, and refund timing.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned when a return request is started within 7 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include original packaging, labels, hardware, instructions, accessories, and included materials when applicable.
Returns must be approved before the item is shipped back. Items returned without approval may be refused or delayed.
Who pays return shipping?
For regular returns, including buyer's remorse, fitment mistakes, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review. We may request photos, packaging images, part numbers, and other details to verify the issue.
We review return requests fairly and will work with customers when an item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Are installed or used parts refundable?
No. Installed, used, worn, altered, damaged, modified, or incomplete products are not returnable.
Opened electrical items, custom items, special-order items, clearance items, final-sale items, opened fluids or chemical products, and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law or approved by Parts4Motorcycles.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@parts4motorcycles.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
Please keep the original packaging until the claim is reviewed. Shipping carriers, suppliers, or manufacturers may require packaging photos or inspection.
How long do refunds take?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Brand Affiliation and Product Information
How brand names, manufacturer data, and product descriptions are used on the site.
Is Parts4Motorcycles an official manufacturer website?
No. Parts4Motorcycles LLC is an independent retailer/reseller of motorcycle parts and accessories.
Brand names, logos, product names, and manufacturer part numbers are used only to identify compatible products. Parts4Motorcycles LLC is not owned, sponsored, or endorsed by these manufacturers unless explicitly stated.
Do you claim to manufacture the brands listed on the site?
No. Parts4Motorcycles does not claim to manufacture third-party brands listed on the website.
We sell motorcycle parts and accessories from multiple brands, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, and inventory channels.
Are product descriptions provided by manufacturers?
Some product information may come from manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or brand data sources. We may also edit product descriptions to make them clearer for customers.
Performance claims, material details, compatibility details, and technical specifications may come from manufacturer or supplier data and should be verified with manufacturer documentation when required.

Do you install parts?
No. Parts4Motorcycles sells parts and accessories only. Installation must be performed by the customer or by a qualified mechanic.
Parts4Motorcycles is responsible for the sale and fulfillment of eligible products purchased through parts4motorcycles.com, but installation services are not included with online product purchases unless explicitly stated in writing.
