What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in original condition.

Are installed parts refundable?

No. Once installed or used, parts cannot be returned.

Are electrical parts refundable?

Electrical items are non-returnable once opened.

Do you charge restocking fees?

Items with the total value of $2000+ may incur a 10–20% restocking fee depending on supplier policies, contact support@parts4motorcycles.com to confirm restocking fees in your specific item.

How long do refunds take?

Who pays return shipping?

Customer pays return shipping for regular returns
P4M pays for returns if item is defective or incorrect.
