The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least the minimum legal age in their state, province, or country of residence at the time of entry.

By entering, you confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in this type of promotion in your location. Employees, owners, representatives, contractors, agencies, and immediate family members of Parts4Motorcycles may be excluded from winning at the Sponsor's discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Parts4Motorcycles intends to run one giveaway per month.

Each monthly giveaway period begins and ends on the dates announced by Parts4Motorcycles through the website, email newsletter, Instagram, or other official Parts4Motorcycles communication channels. If no specific dates are announced, the monthly giveaway period will run from the first calendar day of the month through the last calendar day of the same month, based on Eastern Time.

To receive one free entry, subscribe to the Parts4Motorcycles newsletter during the applicable giveaway period.

Newsletter subscribers may automatically remain eligible for future monthly giveaways as long as they remain subscribed, unless otherwise announced. Only one primary newsletter entry per person or email address is allowed per monthly giveaway period. Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, fake, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

Following @parts4motorcycles on Instagram may provide one optional bonus entry for the applicable monthly giveaway. The Instagram follow is optional and free.

To qualify for the bonus entry, the participant may be required to follow @parts4motorcycles at the time the winner is selected. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the Instagram follow before awarding any bonus entry or prize.

Each month, Parts4Motorcycles may give away a different prize. The prize may vary from month to month and may include motorcycle accessories, parts, apparel, gift cards, promotional items, or other products selected by Parts4Motorcycles.

The specific prize for each monthly giveaway will be announced before or during the applicable giveaway period. Unless otherwise stated, each monthly prize will have an approximate retail value below $5,000. The prize has no cash alternative unless Parts4Motorcycles chooses to offer one. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash by the winner.

Parts4Motorcycles reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the applicable giveaway period. The drawing will take place after the end of the monthly giveaway period, unless otherwise announced. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner may be contacted by email, Instagram direct message, phone, or another contact method provided during entry. If no response deadline is stated, the winner must respond within 7 days. If the potential winner does not respond, is found ineligible, refuses the prize, cannot be verified, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Parts4Motorcycles may select an alternate winner.

Parts4Motorcycles may ship the prize to the winner, make the prize available for pickup, or provide another delivery method at its discretion. Parts4Motorcycles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, or undeliverable shipments.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. International shipping, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges may be the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated. The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

By accepting a prize, the winner gives Parts4Motorcycles permission to use their first name, Instagram username, city/state, photo, likeness, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

Parts4Motorcycles reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, legal restrictions, platform issues, or any other factor affects the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.

Parts4Motorcycles reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently, uses fake accounts, submits duplicate entries, or behaves in a way that is abusive, harmful, or unfair to other participants.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Parts4Motorcycles and its owners, employees, representatives, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and service providers from any claim, loss, damage, injury, cost, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, misuse, delivery, or loss of any prize.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.

Information submitted for entry may be used by Parts4Motorcycles for giveaway administration, winner notification, email marketing, and promotional communications. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing from the newsletter may remove the participant from future monthly giveaway entries.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to this giveaway shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
