Returns and Refunds
Eligible items may be returned when a return request is started within 7 days after delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and include original packaging, labels, hardware, instructions, accessories, and included materials when applicable.
Returns must be approved before the item is shipped back. Items returned without approval may be refused or delayed.
For regular returns, including buyer's remorse, fitment mistakes, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for review.
How to Start a Return
Email support@parts4motorcycles.com with the order number, item involved, reason for the request, and photos when the request involves damage, defects, or an incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items
- Installed, used, worn, or altered parts or gear
- Electrical or electronic components once opened, installed, used, or tested
- Custom, special-order, manufacturer-direct, clearance, or final-sale items when marked as non-returnable
- Opened fluids, oils, chemicals, or similar consumable products
- Gift cards
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Once processed, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Parts4Motorcycles.
