Shipping Policy

Parts4Motorcycles LLC ships motorcycle parts, rider gear, maintenance products, and accessories to eligible addresses in the United States.

Products may ship from Parts4Motorcycles, U.S. distribution centers, supplier warehouses, distributor warehouses, or manufacturer warehouses depending on brand availability and inventory location.

Some products may ship directly from a supplier, distributor, or manufacturer warehouse instead of from our local location.

Parts4Motorcycles remains responsible for customer service, order communication, returns, and refunds for eligible orders placed through parts4motorcycles.com.

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 have a $12.95 standard shipping charge. Any available non-standard shipping options and their charges are shown before payment.

Most standard U.S. orders are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days after shipment.

Shipping destination restriction: We do not accept orders with shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Checkout will prevent these destinations from completing an order.

If an unexpected availability issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact the customer with available options, which may include waiting for restock, choosing an alternative product, or receiving a full refund.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information is sent by email after an order ships. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after a shipping label is created.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary by carrier, destination, weather, holidays, product type, and warehouse location.

Address Accuracy

Please verify the shipping address before placing an order. If an address mistake is found, contact support@parts4motorcycles.com immediately. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address may no longer be changeable.
