International Orders
Parts4Motorcycles LLC, also referred to as P4M, serves customers worldwide. International orders may be available for eligible products and eligible destinations.
Not all products, brands, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, or carriers permit international shipment. P4M reserves the right to cancel, refuse, hold, split, or modify any international order that violates supplier, distributor, manufacturer, export, import, shipping, legal, territorial, warranty, or carrier restrictions.
Oversized items, heavy items, hazardous materials, restricted products, manufacturer-direct items, and special-order products may require additional review or may be unavailable for international delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country, package dimensions, package weight, carrier availability, warehouse location, product type, and any special handling requirements.
Any delivery date, transit time, or estimated arrival window shown on the website, provided by customer service, or displayed during checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
International delivery estimates usually begin after the package leaves the shipping facility, not from the moment the order is placed. Processing time, supplier availability, manufacturer lead time, and carrier pickup timing may add additional time before shipment.
Delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing, customs holds, or government inspections.
- Carrier delays, missed scans, routing changes, or local delivery issues.
- Weather events, transportation disruptions, holidays, or labor interruptions.
- Manufacturer delays, supplier delays, warehouse transfer delays, or backorders.
- Export restrictions, import restrictions, carrier restrictions, or destination-country rules.
- Other circumstances outside of P4M's control.
P4M is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, government authorities, or events outside of P4M's control.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International customers are solely responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs fees, import charges, inspection fees, storage fees, carrier collection fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs agency, broker, or carrier.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by P4M.
P4M does not control, estimate, collect, or guarantee customs-related charges for international shipments. Customs charges may be billed before delivery, at delivery, after delivery, or by a broker or carrier separately from the P4M order.
Refusal or failure to pay duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, or carrier charges does not qualify for free cancellation, free return shipping, or a full refund.
Customs Delays, Returns & Seizures
P4M is not responsible for packages delayed, held, inspected, returned, abandoned, confiscated, destroyed, denied entry, or otherwise affected by customs authorities, carriers, brokers, or government agencies.
Customers are responsible for verifying that the products they purchase are legal to import, possess, install, and use in their country, state, province, territory, or jurisdiction.
If a package is refused, abandoned, returned by customs, returned by the carrier, or returned because import charges were not paid, any refund eligibility will be reviewed only after the item is returned to an approved location and inspected. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, storage fees, inspection fees, carrier fees, and non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Product Compatibility & Regulatory Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any purchased product complies with local laws, regulations, emissions standards, safety requirements, inspection requirements, vehicle regulations, import rules, and road-use or competition-use restrictions applicable in their location.
P4M does not guarantee that products sold on its website are legal for road use, registration, inspection, emissions compliance, installation, resale, or importation outside the United States.
Product descriptions, fitment data, manufacturer notes, and website information may be based on U.S. market references unless clearly stated otherwise. Customers should confirm local-market compatibility before purchasing.
International Returns
Unless a product arrives damaged or P4M ships the incorrect item, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and return-related carrier charges.
Original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, import charges, inspection fees, storage fees, and other related costs are non-refundable.
Returned products must comply with P4M's Returns and Refunds policy and may be subject to inspection, denial, or restocking fees where applicable. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original condition unless P4M approves a different resolution in writing.
For damage, missing items, or incorrect shipments, customers must contact P4M promptly and provide the order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, shipping label images, and a clear description of the issue.
Special Orders & Backorders
International special-order, manufacturer-direct, oversized, restricted, or backordered items may require additional processing time.
Estimated availability dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once an order has been submitted to a manufacturer, supplier, distributor, or warehouse partner. If an item becomes unavailable or restricted after ordering, P4M will contact the customer with available options.
Order Verification
P4M reserves the right to request identity verification, billing verification, address verification, product compatibility confirmation, shipping detail confirmation, or additional fraud-prevention review before processing or shipping any international order.
P4M may cancel, refuse, hold, or modify any order at its sole discretion if verification cannot be completed, if information appears inaccurate, if a restriction applies, or if fulfillment would create a legal, carrier, supplier, manufacturer, warranty, or compliance issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P4M shall not be liable for customs delays, customs charges, import restrictions, export restrictions, carrier delays, refused packages, abandoned packages, lost profits, vehicle downtime, installation costs, labor costs, tuning costs, storage costs, travel costs, indirect damages, consequential damages, or any losses arising from international shipments.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms contained within this International Shipping Policy.
