Warranty & Guarantee
Support for defects, order issues, and product confidence.
Parts4Motorcycles supports customers through manufacturer warranty questions, eligible product defects, incorrect items, damaged deliveries, and order concerns. This page explains what is usually covered, what is not covered, and how to contact us.
The Short Version
What P4M stands behind
Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand, manufacturer policy, installation, usage, and evidence provided. P4M will help route the issue and review eligible order problems.
Manufacturer warranty support
Most products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects. Coverage periods and requirements vary by brand and product type.
P4M order support
If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or visibly defective, contact us quickly so we can review the order, documentation, and available options.
Fitment help before checkout
We help review available fitment information before purchase, but customers should verify year, make, model, trim, modifications, and installation requirements before ordering.
Coverage
What warranty usually covers
Manufacturer warranties typically apply to defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use. Examples may include a defective component, manufacturing flaw, missing manufacturer-supplied part, or a product issue confirmed by the brand or supplier.
Warranty periods vary widely. Exhaust systems, helmets, batteries, electronics, apparel, and performance parts may each have different coverage windows and documentation requirements.
When available, Parts4Motorcycles may ask the supplier, distributor, or manufacturer to review photos, proof of purchase, part numbers, packaging, installation details, and product condition.
Not Covered
What warranty usually does not cover
These exclusions are common across motorcycle parts and gear. Specific manufacturer policies may add more exclusions.
- Normal wear, cosmetic wear, fading, scratches, dents, or finish changes from use.
- Damage caused by installation errors, incorrect torque, modification, crash impact, misuse, racing, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Fitment mistakes when the product was ordered for the wrong year, model, trim, market, or modified motorcycle.
- Opened, tested, installed, or used electrical components unless the manufacturer confirms a qualifying defect.
- Labor, installation costs, tuning costs, towing, downtime, storage, or indirect expenses.
- Products altered, repaired, painted, cut, modified, or installed in a way not approved by the manufacturer.
- Exhaust, emissions, or performance products used in a way that violates applicable road-use, emissions, or competition-use rules.

P4M Guarantee
Our practical customer guarantee
Parts4Motorcycles guarantees that we will support eligible order issues through a clear review process. If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
This guarantee does not replace manufacturer warranty terms, does not guarantee fitment after purchase when the wrong item was ordered, and does not cover installation labor or outside costs. It means P4M will not leave eligible order issues unanswered.
