This kit includes both the Eagle Equalizer and the Eagle Lights Run Brake Turn Module. 

The Eagle Equalizer eliminates hyper flash when installing LED turn signals on pre-2013 Harleys by slowing the turn signal flash rate to the normal speed.

The Eagle Lights Run Brake Turn module transforms your rear turn signals into running lights, brake lights and turn signals. With a 5-minute plug and play installation, it seamlessly transforms the rear end visibility of your motorcycle. It is compatible with all Eagle Lights turn signals. Only one unit is needed per motorcycle.

This unit is compatible with the EL60WR-P Eagle Equalizer. They must be connected inline in a specific order with each other. The Equalizer must be connected to the side of the bike's harness closest to the front and the Run Brake Turn Module connected closest to the rear.
