Ilmberger uses a special coating that helps protect the carbon fiber from light scratches and has a unique UV resistance. Note: (for stock fairing install) In addition to the winglets, this kit contains a printed drilling template for the original side panel fairings. The stock fairing must be drilled using the template to mount these winglets. Note: (for install onto Ilmberger M1000RR carbon side fairings) the holes come pre-drilled in the Ilmberger carbon fairings, and simply mount directly.
