Keeps engine performance and sound levels more consistent compared to packing fiber directly around the core
Can be easily trimmed with scissors for shorter mufflers
Designed to fit cores from 1-3/4" to 2-1/8"
Stainless steel wire is included to secure the wrap in place around the core
